Ruben’s Bakehouse based in Ham, produces home baked artisan breads, using the long fermentation process, organic flours and organics ingredients where possible.  Igor the Baker hand shapes cottage loaves, bloomers, ciabatta, focaccia, etc.  He loves his sourdough range, sometimes using traditional Italian flours and usually brings along a new speciality each month. He also specialises in gluten free breads too, although at the moment only on request!
